According to police, one person was hurt after a hit-and-run in Altoona. Altoona Police said the incident happened Thursday morning just before 9 on Lloyd Street when a red Chevrolet Malibu pulled onto Lloyd from E. 2nd Ave. and struck a motorcycle, seriously injuring the driver. The Chevrolet Malibu then fled the scene. Anyone with information is asked to contract Altoona Police.
