For this week’s “Local Song of the Week,” we put the spotlight on Hollidaysburg outlaw country-rockers Stephanie & the Wild Hearts, and a song from their first album under their previous name, The Chrome Hearts. Stephanie & the Wild Hearts were nominated for the Best Cover Band award for this year’s Central PA Music Awards, which took place on July 1 at the Whitaker Center in downtown Harrisburg! Speedy recovery wishes go out to the group’s drummer, Doug Fetter, who has been logging some hospital time recently. Watch for Stephanie & the Wild Hearts’ return to area live stages, as well as Stephanie and Bob Onkst’s acoustic duo Wild Desire!
