“Best Patient Experience”…. that’s the latest award handed to the James E. van Aandt VA Medical Center from the Department of Veterans Affairs, after the local facility scored the highest in the nation for patient experience, trust and best place to work, with a top overall combined experience score. During the last three years, the facility has grown more than 50 services, added 300 personnel and added 60,000 square feet of additional clinical and administrative space. The effort has obviously paid off. Congratulations to the center and all the employees there who helped make it happen.
