Some tense moments yesterday, after the Wilmore Dam reached capacity, and some residents had to be evacuated over concerns of flooding. Now though, they have all been given the all clear to return to their homes in Summerhill Borough and Wilmore Borough. Route 53… which was also shut down out of caution, has now reopened. Yesterday, the dam was deemed to be at critical capacity and was overflowing with the potential to fail.
