For this week’s “Local Song of the Week,” we head to the Johnstown area to spotlight Jeff Perigo & Friends. A prolific songwriter, Jeff frequently performs around western PA stages with a variety of musical friends (thus the group name). On this song, “Small Town,” Jeff’s collaborators include Brad Barron on guitar, Scott Jeffreys on bass and Seth Shumaker (“Blind Liver”) on mandolin.
