A JUDGE IN A CAMBRIA COUNTY MURDER TRIAL DECLARED A MISTRIAL LAST WEEK.
NEWS REPORTS INDICATE THAT THE JUDGE DISMISSED THE TRIAL BECAUSE OF WITNESS TESTIMONY THAT APPARENTLY VIOLATED AN EARIER RULING THAT WOULD HAVE EXCLUDED TESTIMONY FROM BEING ENTERED INTO THE TRIAL CONCERNIG THE PRIOR CONDUCT OF THE DEFENDANT. 21 YEAR OLD MIZZON GRANDINETTI WAS ON TRAIL FOR THE 2017 MURDER OF BARRON GRUMBLING. HE WAS SHOT TO DEATH IN MAY 2017 IN JOHNSTOWN. THE REPORTS DID NOT SAY WHEN OR IF THE PROSECUTION, WHICH WAS HANDELD BY THE PA ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE WOULD FILE TO RETRY THE CASE.
