A REPORT OUT OF HARRISBURG SAYS THAT MIGHT BE THE CASE. RECENTLY A COURT RULING STATED THAT THE MAIL IN VOTING LAWS IN PENNSYLVANIA ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL, AND NOW THE FIGHT TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THIS MESS HAS BEGUN, WITH THE MAY 17th PRIMARY HANGING IN THE BALANCE. COUNTY OFFICIALS FROM ACROSS THE STATE SAY THAT THEY ARE MOVING FORWARD WITH PLANS TO HOLD THE PRIMARY IN MAY, BUT IF ANY TIME DELAY OCCURS, THE PRIMARY COULD BE PUSHED BACK.
