THE ALTOONA MIRROR REPORTED THAT 58 YEAR OLD ALVIN McNARY WAS SENTENCED TO 10-20 YEARS IN STATE PRISON BY JUDGE TIM SULLIAVN FOR HIS CONVICTION LAST OCTOBER. McNARY CLAIMS THAT HE HAS BEEN WRONGLY CONVICTED IN THIS CASE, STATING THAT NO ONE SAW HIM DO ANYTHING WRONG. POLICE TESTIMOMNY STATED THAT THEY SAW A WOMAN ENTER McNARY HOME IN MARCH 2019 AND LEAVE WITH METH, WHICH SHE EVENTUALLY TURNED OVER TO POLICE. McNARY CLAIMED IN COURT THAT HE WAS NOT HOME AT THAT SPECIFIC TIME. POLICE ALSO STATED THEY FOUND METH, COCAINE, DRUG PARAPHENALIA AND CELLPHONES AT McNARYS HOME. HIS ATTORNEY ASKED JUDGE SULLIVAN FOR LENIENCY, BUT THE JUDGE REFUSED.
