THE ALTOONA MIRROR REPORTS THAT THE CASE OF SCOTT VINOSKY, WHO WAS FALSELY ACCUSED OF SENDING THREATENIG MESSAGES TO THE HOLLIDAYSBURG SCHOOL DISTRICT WILL CONTINUE ON. THE TWO SIDES IN THE LAWSUIT MET LAST WEEK FOR MEDIATION IN AN ATTEMPT TO SETTLE THE CASE OUT OF COURT, BUT TO NO AVAIL. VINOSKY WAS CHARGED WHILE WORKING AS AN INTERN WITH THE DISTIRCT, BUT WAS LATER CLEARED AFTER A SECOND MAN WAS ARRESTED AND EVENTUALLY SENT TO PRISON FOR MAKING THE THREATS. A FEDERAL JUDGE ORDERED THE MEDIATION, BUT IT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. THE CASE RETURNS TO FEDERAL COURT IN JUNE.
