Published Reports Indicate The Two Troopers Have Been Identified As 33 Year Old Martin Mack And 29 Year Old Brenden Sisca. Both Were Killed Yesterday Morning In Philadelphia After Being Struck By A Vehicle On Interstate 95 Around 1am. A Third Person, Was Also Struck And Killed By The Driver Of The Vehicle. The Woman Who Was Driving The Vehicle, Tried To Pass The Troopers Who Were Helping The Pedestrian Into Their Cruiser, When She Apparently Hit All Three Men, Killing Them Instantly. The Driver Remained At The Scene According To The Report. Charges Are Pending, And The Investigation Will Continue.
