Police Say That Groups Have Already Started Making Phone Calls Asking For Donations On Behalf Of The State Police To Help The Families Of Branden Sisca And Martin Mack. Trooper Association President David Kennedy Says That The Organization Will Never Solicit Money Over The Phone, And Warns Residents Not To Give To Anyone Calling And Posing As Troopers Or As Members Of The State Troopers Association.
