Position, And Could Possibly Show Favoritism In The Prosecuting The Case. Ag Josh Shapiro Flat Out Denied Any Such Claim And Said His Office’s Record Shows No Sign Of Any Favoritism Against Those Who Break The Law. Thomas Is On Suspension To Face Chares That He Raped A Woman Last September In Her Windber Home. The Ag’s Office Says That The Person In Question Works With Closed Cases Within The Office.
