A State Police Report Indicates The Accident Occurred Along Interstate 99 In Blair County On Saturday Night. Troopers Say That A Man Was Seen Standing In One Of The 2 Southbound Lanes On I-99 Near The Plank Road Exit Shortly After 7pm, When He Allegedly Was Struck By An SUV. The Driver Of The SUV Continued On For Several More Feet Before Coming To Rest On The Side Of The Highway. The Victim Was Taken To UPMC Altoona For Treatment Of Suspected Serious Injuries. State Police Did Not Reveal Whether Or Not Charges Will Be Filed. They Continue To Investigate.
