STUPID NEWS: Crimes Against “The Unipiper!”

There’s a guy in Portland who calls himself the Unipiper, and rides around on a unicycle while playing a set of bagpipes that shoot flames.  But he’s hurting right now, because someone recently STOLE his unicycle from his car.
