Altoona police say a man who was wanted for his involvement in a shots fired incident was arrested in New Jersey. Authorities say Tyan Jenkins, 19, allegedly fired multiple shots into a residence, located along the 700 block of 3rd Ave., on the night of March 19. Police say New Jersey state troopers arrested Jenkins following a traffic stop Wednesday night. He is being held in New Jersey while awaiting extradition to Blair County.
