State police in Centre County say that they arrested 68 year old John Wayne Foltz last Friday following a domestic dispute. Troopers say that Foltz reportedly told his wife to sleep with one eye open, and that he was going to splatter her brains on the walls of their home. The intended victim had left the residence prior to troopers arriving. Foltz told police he was tired and didn’t care about anything anymore. He was taken into custody and charged with several crimes. His bail was denied. With police saying he was a threat to himself and to others, and is locked up in the Centre County jail.
