State police in Bedford County report that they arrested 42 year old Russell Diehl and charged him with sending unwanted messages to an unidentified 41 year old woman. The police report indicates that Diehl reportedly was sending lewd and profane messages to the victim on Facebook in recent weeks. The victim asked Diehl to stop sending the messages, but he did not. The report also stated that Diehl apparently made threatening remarks to the victim. Diehl has been charged with threatening the woman with lewd language and harassment.
