The Ebensburg barracks of the state police has announced that troopers will be out in April targeting unsafe drivers. Troopers will be looking for impared drivers, during a sobriety checkpoint at a time not disclosed. The area of the checkpoint will be in the East Carroll Twp/Cambria Twp area. As always, state police remind all drivers to be alert at all times. Be careful of distracted driving, and never drive under the influence of either alcohol or drugs. And if you are going out on the town, use a designated driver.
