A report by WTAJ indicates that police in Allegheny Twp arrested 31 year old David Lobzhanidze of Brooklyn on charges that he obtained two car loans from Blue Knob Auto and tried to purchase 2 vehicles. The scam was set up to get the vehicles under another persons name, and leave that person to pay the bill. Lobzhanidze would call the dealership and apply for the loans using the name Henry Lee. He managed to get the first loan, but employees noticed something was wrong with information provided an alerted police. He was arrested the second time he came to pick up a second car. He is in the Blair County jail on $100,000 bond.
