WJAC reported that police arrested 20 year old Diasuante Fawcett last Thursday. According to the report, Fawcett was on the run from Florida law enforcement from federal carjacking charges. He is wanted for carjacking and vehicle theft charges. No other details were given. Johnstown police, along with the Cambria County SERT Team and the Cambria County Sheriff’s Dept assisted the U.S. Marshall’s task force with the arrest. Fawcett is lodged in the Cambria County jail awaiting extradition back to Florida.
