WTAJ reported that police arrested 48 year old Lance Weber of Grampian after he failed to return two children to their mother after he picked them up on April 12th. The mother told police she had legal custody of the two children, and that Weber failed to show up on April 14th to return the kids back to her. She told police she called one of her kids cellphones, but could not reach them a second time after that call. Weber is facing charges for violating a court order of custody, concealing the whereabouts of children and interference of custody.
