WJAC reported that Jonathan Gallaher is facing charges of setting fire to a house in Coalport and for killing Matt Troxell. Court testimony revealed that the fire was set at the home of a couple one year ago on April 16th. They testified yesterday that Gallaher got into an argument with the husband while drunk. After a shoving match, the couple said they suddenly smelled smoke and escaped. Troxell was trapped inside the home and died. Police stated that Gallaher went to a local bar after the incident and told a friend about what had happened, and he didn’t mean for it to take place. The trial could last for several weeks.
