WTAJ reports that police have charged 25 year old Andrew Holpit Jr of Tyrone with receiving child porn on his computer. The report indicates that Holpit apparently told police that he did receive child porn while he was searching other pornography sites. Snapchat alerted the center for missing and exploited children that child porn had been uploaded and shared in July of 2021. Police traced the IP address back to Holpit. Police say that he had images on both his home computer and cellphone. He is charged with 39 counts of child pornography along with 40 other criminal counts.
