WTAJ reported that Altoona Police arrested 21 year old Tim Rice and 20 year old Gauge Nihart for allegedly spilling motor oil in a Sheeetz store restroom back on March 26th. Police learned during that investigation that two other stores in Altoona and Hollidaysburg had been vandalized the same way. Police also said that a Rutters restroom had been vandalized. Both suspects had been caught on video from all of the stores taking oil from the shelves, going into the restroom and leaving a short time later. When asked why, the two said they thought it was funny.
