Police report that they arrested Carl Morris and Vicki Kruse on April 14th. They were accused by police of stealing the converters off of cars reportedly owned by Kruse’s brother, but he told police that he did not give permission to the couple to take the converters. Morris and Kruse were going to sell the converters for cash. A witness told police he saw the couple coming from Kruse’s property numerous times on the 14th, taking items with them each time. Morris and Kruse are charged with criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and possession of methamphetamines.
