The report stated that 33 year old Charles Mobley is being sought by police for an incident from last weekend at a childs birthday party. The report stated that Mobley pointed a gun at a man at a home on the 2100 block of 4th avenue last Saturday and pulled the trigger after he allegedly struck the victim several times with the gun. Police said that the gun did not fire, but then Mobley stole the victims car keys and cellphone and fled the scene. Altoona Police say that Mobley is wanted on a felony warrant and is to be considered armed and dangerous. He was convicted of third degree murder in Philadelphia back in 2008. He also goes by the name “Zi” or “Zahir”
