U.S. Senate Republican candidate Jeff Bartos stopped by at Lakemont Park in Altoona yesterday to talk with voters about why he should be the GOP candidate to replace Pat Toomey in Washington. Bartos again stated his stance that he is “main street Pa” and for the nation as well. Bartos told a gathering of potential voters mom and pop stores still are an important part of the business world and need to be saved along with family farms, with Pa’s leading industry being agriculture. In the most recent poll, Bartos trails Dr. Oz, Kathy Barnett and Dave McCormick.
