WTAJ reports that police have charged Lenny Brumbaugh and Holly Funkhouser for allegedly filing a second claim on an accident report. The report says that the couple filed the second claim after their first one had been denied by their insurance company. They apparently submitted photos of their automobile from an accident back in 2018. The couple told authorities they were not compensated in 2018, and thought it was alright to file a second claim with their new insurance company, and that the received some bad advice from a relative. Funkhouser and Brumbaugh face charges of insurance fraud and receiving stolen property.
