News reports indicate police arrested 27 year old William Boltz for allegedly trying to groom a 13 year old girl into having sex with him. Police say that Boltz and the potential victim had been exchanging messages and inappropriate photos. Boltz reportedly told police he knew the girl was 13, and said they would be together when she turned 18. The girls mother alerted police after she allegedly punched Boltz in the face after discovering the messages the two had been sending. Boltz is charged with criminal solicitation of statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and several other charges.
