According to a report by WTAJ, police arrested 30 year old Jordan Albarano after he allegedly attacked her after she received a phone call from an ex boyfriend. According to the report, Albarano reportedly grabbed the victims phone and smashed it up against a wall, then proceeded to physically assault the woman, handcuffing her and making her sit in a chair. Albarano is accused of strangling the woman after tying a shirt around her head to muffle her screams. He then is accused of threatening to kill her. The woman managed to escape and get to a neighboring apartment to call police. Officers discovered that Albarano was wanted by Blair County sheriff’s deputies and also on a warrant out of Huntingdon County.
