News reports indicated that the Conemaugh Twp School District received a report from a young female that 19 year old Tori Bloxsom exposed her chest to her and another youth recently. The young victim confided in school personnel who then called in Conemaugh Twp Police. Bloxsom had a previous arrest for the same incident earlier this year and was ordered to stay away from anyone under 18. She is now hit with additional charges of corruption of minors, indecent assault, open lewdness, harassment and disorderly conduct.
