WJAC reported that developers of the proposed warehouse still have not divulged their plans, what the company was, or why they pulled out of the project without warning or reason. The warehouse was scheduled to be constructed on a 100 acre site at Benner Commerce Park outside of Bellefonte. Plans were submitted back in April, but then were suddenly scrapped a few weeks later without explanation. Centre County officials say they are just as much in the dark as anyone with regards to this project. Hundreds of new jobs were lost in the process.
