A report by WJAC indicates that the two inmates, Donald White of Dubois and Robert Miller of Clearfield escaped from the lockup two weeks ago while they worked on an outside detail at the jail. The two apparently figured out where a blind spot was in the video surveillance system and planned their escape. The warden at the jail, says there is new information concerning the escape, but has not led to the two being captured. Once they are caught, there will be new charges added to their cases, and both will likely face state prison time as part of any plea deal.
