Convict off to prison for fatal fire

The Altoona Mirror reports that 37 year old Jonathan Gallaher was sentenced to to life in prison for setting a fire that killed Matthew Troxell last year. Gallaher was convicted back in April on charges of second degree murder, criminal attempted second degree murder, arson causing death and numerous other related charges. Gallaher received his life sentence plus an additional 24-80 years on other charges. Homeowners Mark and Lacy Wolfe testified at Gallahers trial that he was the one who started the fatal blaze, and police say he told a witness at a local bar the he did not intend for Troxell to die.
