In a report by channel 10. Shelly Nagle, sister of murder victim Sherri Leighty is planning to tell the Pa parole board that her father in law, Kenneth Leighty should not be freed from prison. Leighty was convicted of killing Sherri in the early 2000’s, and now her family says they won’t feel safe if the 65 year old Leighty is out. He was caught after a recorded telephone call revealed that he confessed to killing his daughter in law and buried her body on ground his family owned in warriors mark. Nagle said she has a petition with 6000 names asking that Leighty remain behind bars.
