In a report by WTAJ, hospital director Ms. Sigrid Andrew announced the clinic will begin its 24 hour operation one week from today. Andrew said that this step is important for the constant and vital care that our area veterans need, and that it will possibly help cut down on the number of visits to the emergency room. The center will continue to operate on its current 12 hour system, until next Monday. The VA has undergone some major upgrades over the past few years, including adding over 50 new services, and adding 70,000 square feet of space to operate.
