News reports indicate that police are searching for John Allen Jukes, who is a suspect in the armed robbery of the FeFi’s grocery store located on 2nd avenue and 12th street. Police say Jukes entered the store around 11:18 yesterday morning, wielding a knife and demanding the money in the store. According to the report, jukes allegedly got away with $3680. Police said that they arrested a second suspect, Matthew Morrison who was caught disposng the lock box that supposedly contained the stolen money. Morrison is charged with conspiracy to commit robbery. Jukes is on the run and is facing charges including robbery, theft, receiving stolen property among other offenses.
