The Altoona Mirror reports that police arrested 37 year old Nathan Weaver at a convenience store where they were investigating an armed robbery that took place on Monday. While there, police began to talk to Weaver, because he matched a description of a suspect in the armed robbery. Weaver then provided a false name to officers. He became nervous as officers talked to him. He was identified by an officer who found outstanding warrants against him from state parole. Police found suspected heroin, meth and drug paraphenalia on weaver. He was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver drugs, and possession of a controlled substance. Weaver is locked up in the Blair County jail on $50,000 bail.
