Clearfield State Police were called to the scene of the accident along West Hanna street in Woodward Twp. yesterday morning. Police report that 63 year old Daniel Reader was riding his motorcycle along Hanna Street when he apparently collided with a car that was waiting to make a turn onto Eliza Street. Reader’s bike hit the car and he suffered fatal injuries as a result. Authorities say that he was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. A passenger inside the car suffered injuries and was taken to Mt. Nittany Medical Center. Hanna street, also known as rt. 53 was closed for several hours after the accident.
