News reports indicate authorities have identified the victim as 33 year old Brandon Green of Cherry Run, West Virginia. Authorities say that green apparently jumped from a cliff into the lake at weaver falls shortly before 2 pm Saturday. Witnesses say that Green entered the water, but never resurfaced. Rescue divers apparently recovered Green’s body a short time after he failed to come to the surface of the lake. The Huntingdon County coroner has ruled Green’s death as an accidental drowning. The investigation will continue.
