WTAJ reported that police arrested 24 year old John Johnson of Martinsburg for reportedly breaking into the home of a childhood friend 2 times this summer. The first was reported back in June, when a brief case was stolen that contained cash and other items. Then on august 14th, Johnson is accused of breaking into the home a second time, and this time he allegedly returned the briefcase he stole the first time. The victim told police he recorded the second incident and was able to identify Johnson. He is charged with burglary and is locked up on $8000 bail following his arraignment yesterday.
