Television news reports indicate that 26 year old Lucas Garber of Spring Mills was arrested and charged with having at least 30 files on his electronic devices containing child porn. The State Attorney Generals office and the Dept of Homeland Security collaborated in the investigation. The report indicates that Garber had allegedly been receiving the images of child porn from 2017 thru 2021. He reportedly admitted to having the files, but denied ever looking at them. Garber blamed the incident on drugs and alcohol. He is charged with 33 felony counts of child pornography and a felony charge of criminal use of a communication facility.
