WJAC reports that murder charges have now been filed against Fernando Guzman after he stabbed Brian Lyncha on August 19th. It was earlier reported that Lyncha was found in the backyard of a residence after the two men fought, and Guzman admitted to stabbing Lyncha. A witness told police that Guzman started the altercation. Guzman told police that it was Lyncha who pushed him off of his motorcycle and started the fight. Both men fled the scene before police arrived. Guzman is awaiting trial in the Centre County jail after his preliminary hearing yesterday.
