WJAC reported that police have filed more charges against 46 year old Larry David of State College for being the leader of a drug distribution ring. In 2021, David was charged with possessing some 1400 bags of heroin in his car after he was stopped in his automobile. Now police say a co conspirator of David’s, Starla Kemp, told authorities that she frequently went to new jersey to bring back a wide variety of drugs for David to distribute. Kemp also told police she collected thousands of dollars in drug debts from people in both Harrisburg and Lewistown. David and 9 other people have been hit with additional drug distribution charges. The drugs include, meth, fentanyl, cocaine and heroin.
