State police in Bedford County report they arrested 23 year old Harleigh Knisely after EMS technicians worked on her after an apparent overdose. Knisely told troopers that she reportedly drove to Cumberland Md to purchase drugs, and returned to use them. The heroin was laced with fentanyl according to the report. Knisely’s boyfriend found her in her kitchen unresponsive and called for help. Her 4 year old daughter was located inside a bathroom just off of the kitchen at the time of the overdose. Knisely is free after she was charged with child endangerment, and hazardous disorderly conduct.
