According to television news reports, police have charged 38 year old Bronson Brown with trying to attack workers at the Meadows Psychiatric Center. The report says that brown was taken to an office where his discharge papers were being finalized, when he became upset and threw a table at employees. Another worker who walked into the office was nearly hit by a chair that brown is accused of throwing. Brown told state police that he was upset at being discharged, and that he wanted to stay at the facility. He is charged with assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, and is locked up in the Centre County jail.
