We told you yesterday that police charged Eldon Sajko of Penn Run with delivering drugs that caused the death of Joseph Charles Sr in Altoona in February. Now police report that charges have been brought against Brian Davenport of Blairsville. Davenport has been accused of being the person who received he drugs from Sajko, then delivered them to Charles. Davenport is charged with drug delivery resulting in death, conspiracy with possession with intent to deliver, and several misdemeanor charges. Davenport was arraigned yesterday.
