A report by channel 10 indicates police in Bedford County arrested 32 year old Quintin Womack after they were called 3 times to the Mile Level farm market in Snake Spring Twp on Friday. Police say that customers called them when Womack became a nuisance and was allegedly trying to steal things. After he left, he returned a second time and was hanging around the parking lot. He left when police arrived again. A third call was placed after Womack stole an apple dumpling and did not pay for it. Police were then called to a mobile housing unit where Womack was picked up, after he was caught looking into windows of some of the homes. He is charged with retail theft, loitering, prowling, vandalism and disorderly conduct.
