In a report by WTAJ,, police arrested 21 year old Aaron Menegay for allegedly assaulting the men on Saturday. The report indicates that Menegay was in a car that almost hit a group of people at Nittany Point on Saturday. Police say that witnesses told them that Menegay began to assault one men, then a second when that person tried to intervene. Menegay allegedly told one of the victims that he had a gun and was going to shoot him. One witness told police that they saw the gun. Menegay and a second person were arrested at a convenience store after the assault. Menegay is locked up and charged with receiving stolen property, assault and carrying a firearm without a license.
