The Altoona Mirror reports that police arrested Clifford Baxter this week at a home on the 200 block of 3rd avenue. Police found heroin and fentanyl on Baxter, along with a loaded Glock 9 handgun that was fully loaded. Baxter is also wanted in two other cases involving drugs, guns and an assault on a woman. In all 3 cases Baxter is facing numerous charges for possession of drugs, cash, and stolen weapons. He is locked up in the Blair County jail on $250,000 bail for all three cases.
